A customized bodywork session in accordance with your need.  Resulting in pain and stress relief, relaxation, improves circulation and lymphatic flow which will aid in the body's natural ability to eliminate toxic buildup and overall the sense of well-being.  I use wide range massage methods and techniques such as Swedish and Deep strokes, Myofascial release, Reflexology, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Acupressure and Trigger Point.

Aromatherapy Tension Release

Aromatherapy Scalp, Face, Neck &  Foot Massage. 

Focus solely on the scalp, face, neck and feet to reduce tender acupressure points and encourage relaxation and release tension. This soothing and stimulating treatment begins with inhalation therapy of calming Aromatherapy oils followed by  lymphatic drainage techniques to the face.  Massage strokes to the scalp, face and neck will relief pressure points and improve range of motion. Massage ends by embracing the feet. Great for those suffering from sinus and tension headaches.

Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy Massage relaxing benefits for mom-to-be and baby. Helps relieve normal discomfort during pregnancy such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps and edema. Note: Massage is not performed during the first trimester.

Reflexology

Reflexology is based on the theory of having reflex points on the hands and feet that corresponds to Specific areas of the body and organs. Stimulates the body to heal itself by opening the body’s energetic pathways. Light to medium pressure applied using various hand, thumb, and finger techniques.
